Delivery Information

Order Processing

All orders placed through the EPNEX website are processed on the same business day. Our operations team reviews, prepares, and packages each order to ensure product integrity and accurate fulfilment before shipment.

Orders received outside standard processing hours will be prepared the following business day.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are dispatched the next working day, Monday to Friday. Once prepared, all shipments are sent using Royal Mail Tracked delivery services to provide dependable delivery and full shipment visibility.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. Any orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available working day.

Tracked Delivery

All shipments are sent using Royal Mail tracked services. This allows customers to monitor the progress of their delivery from dispatch through to arrival. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number and a link to track the parcel in real time.

Packaging and Handling

Every order is packaged securely to ensure products arrive in optimal condition. Our packaging process is designed to protect sensitive laboratory materials during transit while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Delivery Timeframes

Royal Mail tracked services typically deliver within 24–48 hours after dispatch within the United Kingdom, although delivery times may vary depending on location and operational conditions.
